New to L5R role playing just this year, but one of the early sessions had a swarm of goblins just engulf a samurai, kill him, and then move onto the next. Your image is a great representation of what I pictured happening to the noble samurai who fell that day.

Of course, it's a great game !
I played 2 years in a row and i never
get tired of it !! The world of L5R is
awesome and there are many options to
create a character, many schools and
different professions.
