Wow! I absolutely love the POV! The high angle works so well! If this had been a cover for Astounding or Blue Book the magazines would have flown off the racks!!!

Yeah, I could see this as a cover for a trade paperback reprint of A Princess of Mars, a reprint along the lines that Paizo Publishing does with their Planet Stories imprint. Your painting is totally superior than most of what they've used! I get the same SensaWundah from yours as I do Bob Abbett's covers for the Ballantine editions from the 60's.
