This place rocks. Famous for loose meat sandwiches. I guess they made a big deal about it on the 'Rosanne' show years ago.

My wife's parents used to go here as kids. I did it for them, and her grandmother too.

They have since built a parking garage around it, you can see it above the building.

Edit: gave it a little texture and i think the link has been broken for a few years.

Heh, a four-hour drive for me, but it'd be almost a straight shot across Nebraska & Iowa.

But the next time I'm in Des Moines, I'll have to think about it.

I remember this from 'Rosanne', I checked some sites for this place and their food looks f'n delicious. I like the texture on top, it adds depth to the image. Wish I lived near Iowa, or had a reason to vacation there.

yeah, that happens to me once in a while to other deviations, it just usually means i need to refresh the page. that usually fixes it.
